Query Retrieve Dialog

With the query/retrieve dialog one can query remote DICOM devices such as PACS,medical workstations and subsequently retrieve selected exams.

Querying Exams

Use the left side of the Query/Retrieve dialog to enter query filters. The table below show the supported filters and their mapping to corresponding DICOM data elements:

Retrieving Exams

The table on the right side of the dialog displays the query results of the last performed query. Select and individual exam or use the Ctrl and/or Shift button together with the left mouse button to select multiple exams and press the Retrieve button to retrieve the selected exams. During the retrieval operation, the query dialog will display the status and progress of the retrieval. When all selected exams have been retrieved a confirmation dialog will show with retrieval statistics.
